This Service is intended exclusively for approved Hazel & Oak members, including therapists, wellness practitioners, and authorized room renters. Access is granted only to individuals in good standing with Hazel & Oak and may be revoked at any time for violations of facility policies, professional standards, or these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information resulting from your use of our web pages.
Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) the Agreements, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your Content is lawful, professional, and appropriate.

You own or have rights to post the Content
It does not violate any legal or contractual rights
It does not constitute Objectionable Content
Objectionable Content includes but is not limited to:
Pornography or sexually explicit material
Terrorism or extremist content
Violence or threats
Hate speech or harassment
Promotion of illegal drugs
Misinformation or deceptive content
Any unlawful or disruptive material
Posting Objectionable Content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
You retain rights to your Content but grant Hazel & Oak permission to display and distribute it within the Service.
Hazel & Oak reserves the right (but not obligation) to monitor or remove Content.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:
In violation of laws or regulations
To harm or exploit minors
For spam or unauthorized solicitation
To impersonate others
For illegal or harmful conduct
In ways that disrupt others’ use
Additionally prohibited:
Interfering with system operations

Hazel & Oak administration reviews all reports and may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts at its discretion.
10. Community & Professional Standards
Because the Service supports a shared professional wellness environment, users agree to:
Treat fellow practitioners respectfully
Follow scheduling and facility policies
Maintain client confidentiality
Operate within licensed scope of practice
Avoid uploading protected client information unless compliant with privacy laws
Violations may result in suspension of Service or facility access.
11. Analytics
We may use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to monitor usage and improve Service functionality.
12. Accounts
Users must be of legal age and provide accurate account information.
You are responsible for account security and activity under your credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.
13. Intellectual Property
Service content is protected by law and may not be used without permission.
14. Error Reporting and Feedback
Feedback may be used by Hazel & Oak without obligation or compensation.
